Irish Advisory Science Council, 17 December 2008

 

The Advisory Council for Science, Technology and Innovation has published a report identifying the need for Ireland to use its international research partnerships strategically in order to achieve the targets set out in the Strategy for Science, Technology and Innovation (SSTI). The Council calls for greater focus to be placed on the benefits of international engagement and sets out recommendations and guidelines aimed at STI actors in the public and private sectors to encourage a more strategic approach to international collaboration.
