Business clusters have proven to be one of the major structural elements of economic growth and stability. They stimulate innovation and help to reduce costs both at company level and of the innovation systems as a whole. During the session experts provided information on the typology of cluster policy concepts, presented examples of good practice and addressed the impact on technology development and economy as well as discussed these issues with the audience.
