In its meeting in November 2003, theTAFTIE Board decided to launch a new task force
on the Changing framework for European R&D investments.
The purpose of the task force is to follow up the process leading to changes in the
European R&D regulatory framework, identify critical issues and ways
to influence the process and prepare issues for the Working Group and
the Board, with the aim that TAFTIE and its Members would be prepared
and in a better position to discuss the changing regulations and to
give statements to the EU Commission, Members of European Parliament
and to national authorities.
